A full 200 metre roll of black rope in 10 mm with a polyester core. This is the heaviest version in our range, meant for large stretch tents and set-ups that really have to take a beating.
Why 10 mm?
- Maximum tensile strength – suitable for heavy loads and large canvases
- More margin in wind – extra material means extra reserve when the weather turns
- For longer set-ups – if the tent stands for days or weeks, this is the thickness you want
- Polyester core – barely stretches, even under sustained tension
- Still just compatible – fits ratchet blocks and pulleys for rope of 8–11 mm

Is 10 mm not too heavy?
For an average stretch tent 8 mm is more than enough and handles more easily. If you are unsure between the sizes, 9 mm is always a safe choice.
