The greater height difference with the lower corner poles gives more fall in the fabric, which helps rainwater drain away and gives the tent a more pronounced, dramatic line. You also gain noticeable space under the sides.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis length is a logical choice for larger set-ups and taller entrance areas.
